So, Ian Leavers from the Qld Police Union is up in arms about the Qld Governments cuts to police funding directed towards their own bureaucracy. I can give you a few hints on how to save the peoples money. All you gotta do is stop upholding the social order and stop backing any of your mates, pollies , or business people who are acting against the interests of the people. This will save money wasted through civil actions and also will be reflected in your own "time costings" (accessable through foi).

Another of the things you could do , for instance , like an overtime ban or refusal to issue parking tickets, is that you lot could do what you are supposed to do anyway and refuse to stop citizens exercising their right to free speech.

This will save millions from the public purse and your own budget as there will be quicker resolutions of complaints and court cases and you wouldn’t have to engage in surveillance of people who are just trying to change things.

If you need solidarity from your colleagues, I suggest, that at this current point in time it would be prudent to get on the line to your interstate mates and tell them not to arrest or move on or issue any notices of exclusion to activists around the country. This will save Federal money having to be allocated to cover your butts around the country.

And yet another idea to free up the public purse, hunt out dodgy pollies and leave the good citizenry alone , you will also then free up CMC money.

Thank you so much to the Townsville Bulletin for publishing "PART" of the above statement in you paper today 31/11/11 p 15 . But how pray tel does the following

Where do I call for an overtime ban or refusal to issue parking tickets?

You trying to make me look like Bob Katter or something ?...Hmmmnnn?

I was using THE EXAMPLE of overtime bans or refusal to issue parking tickets in a tongue in cheek way and asking instead that they should refuse to arrest activists.

You validate my decision to have this site up and running. The info on it is my defence and a trap for the unwary who dont do the simplest of checking.
