This shows how close it was , and that if the true facts of the arrest were found , it would have ended there , however , although I was arrested for the leaflet , the judge decided it was for speaking. The hit on Power came after he told me I was arrested for the leaflet and so did the speaking . From here on I had to work with false facts on points of law alone . If proceedings were recorded on dvd higher judges would not be able to say they did no see , hear or view the witnesses evidence. The higher you go the less they actually care about evidence , and the less chance you have to give it to a higher court. Ripped off.

Oh, and there was 17days on hunger strike in maximum at Stuart Prison for refusing to sign a bail condition not to enter the Flinders Pedestrian Mall whilst on bail . I had to sign it on the 11th April 2000 because I was denied access to legal aid . They kept the condition on me for months afterwards during the trial.

I have the court documents , FOI , and transcripts to prove this (others have them too!).
