Just a warning though, the statement of claim , audio and the video when posted contain a fair few expletives but this is evidence that has been given in court and is protected. The audio in mp3 is not much better in quality than the audio tapes .

You will note in Cullinane J 's decision I could not claim for the "pain" caused by the use of "pain compliance" which is torture by not referring to it in any other term but "those matters". I had asked him to step aside however after 5 years , I could not put up with a delay of another few months to find a visting judge , and with the prospect of the court of appeal again not adressing my arguments , navigating my way through the Qld Appeal system would have been a lottery no matter how good my case was.
